A youth group meeting at a garden in Turkey's southeastern city of Suruc near the Syrian border turned into a scene of bloodied bodies and terror as an explosion caused by an apparent suicide bomber killed 28 people and injured nearly 100 others Monday.
The midday blast occurred in the garden of the Amara Cultural Center, the interior ministry told the BBC. Graphic photos and video on social media showed bloodied bodies lying on the ground.
