This is alarming and a call to all agencies in charge of monitoring packaged foods in retail shops, whether big or small. That is if such agency is even available in Nigeria. The moment products are registered by NAFDAC, SON, NIS, etc, and Boom! That's all, the bakeries, producers, importers dust off their shoulders and bake, produce or import rubbish into the country. That said,   people have been often advised to avoid packaged food and drinks they think its just a joke, we can not sit back and watch these companies in the name of 'Big Names' ruining the lives of Nigerians and visitors at large. For all you who love to  open your mouth wide and eat, this is for you.

In this article, I am dealing with a subject that is so personal and so private that those who have it don't like to talk about it. I'm talking about the issue of women, and many times men, who experience sexual relationships in their sleep. There are three people affected by this.  1        Those who have this relationship on a constant, ongoing basis;  2      T hose that have this relationship on and off, 3       A nd those who have this relationship but don't know they do because immediately after, it is wiped off their memory by demonic manipulation. According to Fox news a grim online warning from a self-described American jihadist said Sunday's terror attack in Texas was the work of ISIS and that the terrorist group has scores of "trained soldiers" positioned in 15 states, awaiting orders to carry out more operations. The warning, which was posted on a file-sharing site, could not be verified, but was signed by Abu Ibrahim Al Ameriki. That name matches the moniker of a shadowy American known to have joined a terrorist group in Pakistan several years ago and who has appeared in propaganda videos before. The chilling threat named five of the states where it is claimed that ISIS has terror cells in place.
