  The owner of a wedding venue in Umhlali, KwaZulu-Natal, was killed during a shooting on Saturday evening, IPSS Medical Rescue said on Sunday. IPSS spokesperson Paul Herbst said when paramedics arrived at the venue, the elderly man was found lying outside next to the pool. He had been shot in the chest with a high calibre firearm and was declared dead on the scene. Lieutenant Colonel Thulani Zwane said four men entered Maroupi Wedding Venue and demanded money from the owner.
