British screen icon Christopher Lee has died aged 93. The Telegraph  reports  that the actor passed away on Sunday at London’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. His family delayed the public announcement to inform close family members first. Lee was being treated for respiratory problems and heart failure over the last few weeks before he succumbed to his illnesses. The actor who first found fame as a Hammer Horror star went on to achieve global star status thanks to high profile roles as Scaramanga in ‘The Man With The Golden Gun’, Saruman in ‘The Lord of the Rings’ and ‘The Hobbit’, and as Count Dooku in ‘Star Wars: Attack of the Clones’. According to Nytimes Joanne Chesimard, who is better known as  Assata Shakur and the grandmother of Tupac, was a leader of the Black Liberation Army. In 1973, she was convicted of murdering a state trooper and sentenced to life in New Jersey’s Clinton  Correctional Facility. Six years into Shakur’s sentence, two armed members of the BLA captured two correctional officers in charge of operating a prison van. They drove out of the jail complex with Shakur in tow. She escaped to Cuba, where she has been living for almost forty years. In May of 2013, Shakur was placed on the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorists list.  How about a round of applause!

Wasila Tasi’u was only 13 years old when she was forced to wed a 35-year-old man in a largely Muslim area of northern Nigeria. Although child marriage is against the law there, it’s still a fairly common practice. Tasi’u poisoned her husband and three friends before being imprisoned, but human rights lawyer Hussaina Aliyu Ibrahim persuaded the prosecutor to drop her case.

 I wake up in the morning and flip on the mirror to my bathroom I expect to see my skin via 2000. The acne on my face was warring with armored cars, if not that i was naturally a confident lady, i would have developed low self esteemed. Well i thank God for my kind of personality and Aura he bestowed in me.  I always have to constantly remind myself that my hormones are no longer at war with my face and I can now rest easy. A group of prestigious university graduates came to visit their old professor. During the visit the conversation turned to work: graduates were complaining about countless difficulties and problems of life.
