Tragic: Summer Shaw drowned in 15 inches of water
A four-year-old girl drowned in the bath while her mother chatted on the phone downstairs, an inquest heard.

Summer Shaw had got out of bed and was reaching to get her toy ducks when she slipped on the bathmat.
She was discovered laying face down in 15 inches of water by her mum Nicole Carr.
Speaking at her inquest, Doncaster coroner Nicola Mundy said: “It was the most tragic of accidents. She was an innocent girl simply wishing to play with her ducks and bubbles in the bath.
"Her mother believed she was safely tucked up in bed and she went to play with her ducks.”
