Man docked for beating up prostitute who refused sex after pay

A 34-year-old man got more than he bargained for when he decided to pay for sex in Zuba, Niger state.
The man identified as Uche Duru was arrested after he was caught beating up an alleged sex worker,
Jessica Stephen, blue-black.
It was gathered that Duru beat up the unidentified woman at her own home for refusing to have sex after collecting an undisclosed amount of money from him.

The woman told the police that during the fight, she lost her cellphone and suffered head injuries.

Duru who has since been charged and convicted of assault, told the court that he beat up Stephen because she kicked him out of her house naked without giving him what he paid for.
The defendant was given the option of paying N32,000 in compensation instead of serving jail time.
