Neal, 26, took to Facebook to post an advert on group 'What would you
wear today' as he suffers from Berger's disease, which causes kidney
failure. The Michigan resident is offering up his Kanye West Adidas Yeezy Boost 350s in exchange for a kidney.
He wrote on Facebook: "People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of yeezy's!! "Well here's your chance, I'm 26 with 2 failing kidneys "Blood type: B+ "S/O is a kidney that has been abused by being a hype beast "BIN: One working kidney from a true sneaker head"

Following his post, Matt has been inundated with well wishes
and admitted all the interest in his search for a new kidney has made
him very emotional. He wrote: "I've been in tears twice now because all the love and support that I'm getting from random strangers!! "If
I could get 5 people kidneys besides myself and raise awareness about
being an organ donor than this will be more than with it!"

this looks unlikely as the federal law in the US states it is illegal
for anyone to swap an organ for merchandise or money.
