Meadow Walker Is Suing Porsche Over Her Father Paul Walker’s Death

Meadow Walker, the daughter of the late Paul Walker, is suing Porsche over her father’s death.
A wrongful death lawsuit against the car manufacturer has been obtained by TMZ, and claims that issues with the car’s control and stability systems caused the accident.


Walker died in a car accident during a break in filming while making ‘Fast & Furious 7’ in November 2013, when the car he was in, driven by his friend Roger Rodas, went out of control and hit a lamppost.
The suit also claims that when the crash occurred, the car broke apart, and Walker’s seat belt ‘snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis’, which left him trapped in the car.

According to the claim, the fire that killed Walker did not erupt for over a minute, but he was unable to move because of his injuries.

“Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned,” it reads.
Lawyers representing the 16-year-old daughter of the actor say that Rodas was not driving as fast as was claimed at the time – more like 63 to 71 mph rather than 80 to 93 mph – and that the car had 'a history of instability and control issues’.
They add that a unit called the 'Porsche Stability Management System’, which prevents swerving, was not fitted in the Carrera GT model.
