Aberdeen school stabbing: Teenage boy arrested after 15-year-old pupil knifed to death in lunchtime attack

A teenage boy has been stabbed to death in a lunchtime attack inside a school.

The pupil, who has not been named, was rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after he was attacked this afternoon.


The shocking incident happened at the Cults Academy school in Aberdeen.

Another male pupil has been detained by police after officers and paramedics swarmed the 1,000-student school just after 1.30

It is thought both the victim and the boy who is currently helping police with their enquiries are around 16-years-old.

Worried parents were seen racing to the gates of the school as word got out of the incident.
