New video shows Erik Elbaz becoming hysterical after watching his partner go overboard


  • His husband Bernado had leapt from the balcony and was clinging onto a beam on the side of Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas 
  • The 35-year-old fell to his death a few moments later and his body has not been recovered
  • Video from the couple's cabin shows Elbaz screaming at security staff to save his husband 
  • After Bernardo fell, he told asked them: 'What have you done? You murdered him!' 
  • Lawyer Michael Winkleman says Elbaz was drunk and was attempting an act of protest when he may have slipped 
  • 'This was an act of protest based on the way that this legally gay, legally married couple was mistreated by Royal Caribbean,' he said.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
