The popular American Comedian Steve Harvey's blunder at the just concluded Miss Universe contest might be taking a legal route as Miss Colombia is set to sue the host.

Steve Harvey's mistake at the recent Miss Universe when he announced the wrong queen as winner might have to be settled in court as Miss Columbia has revealed that she will be suing him.

Meanwhile Steve Harvey publicly apologised to the beauty Queens but had to delete his tweets because he mis-spelt both country names..The tweet was soon replaced but had already been screen grabbed and munched by thousands.
