People dying of hunger and lack of medical care at a Maiduguri IDP camp? (photos)

Someone shared these photo on Lindaikeji's blog of an extremely malnourished woman allegedly taken at an IDP camp in Maiduguri. According to her, "Deaths in the camp have become a daily occurrence and are mostly due to hunger & lack of medical attention." Photo on the right shows someone being buried. 


This is disheartening   and a shame. You visit these people, take pictures of them, give food and water, yet the people who are kept to watch over their affairs in the camp, divert it for their personal gains.

 What is really happening in this country. And some people sit some where being paid millions in allowances, severances just to do fight each other.. ShAMmmmEEE

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."

Over the weeks now Nigerians are being saddled with the news about the police refusing to leave the premises of a serving Senator, Dino Melaye, but some Nigerians online expect that this over-zealousness at getting the Senator could possibly be used in securing lives and properties of Nigerians on a daily basis.
