A leading plastic surgeon has opened up and revealed the truth behind Kim Kardashian's new look.
The star's first selfie since the birth of her and Kanye West's son Saint has prompted much speculation amongst fans, who commented on a picture uploaded to Instagram by her sister Kourtney.


Dr. Kishan Raichura - a cosmetic doctor and injectable expert at IGDP dental in London - commented on the reality TV star's lips and cheeks, suggesting she has had work done to achieve a "more sculpted look".

He told Mirror Celebs: "What a difference! Kim certainly appears to have undergone cosmetic treatments to volumise her lips and cheeks.
"Her lips appear fuller - suggesting a lip augmentation using dermal fillers - and her cheeks have likely been filled with a volumiser to create a more sculpted look.
"Non-surgical injectable treatments are fairly safe and offer predictable results, but the key to subtle results is a gradual increase in usage, rather than large amounts of filler being used in one session. Kim looks great, but she should avoid over use of fillers for a more natural look."

 Meanwhile, aesthetic nurse Julie Brackenbury admitted her pout in the snap would add to the fuller features, but added Kim's lips "do look more augmented".
She said: "Kim is pouting in this photo so that would ultimately make her lips look a bit bigger. However in comparison to other photos her upper and lower lips do look more augmented.
Fans think that Kim's look is different in the new snaps
"The cheeks look puffy and this could indicate cheek enhancement by dermal fillers.
"The appearance of the fillers post treatment can sometimes cause puffiness and will settle after a while. We may see photos later on of Kim not looking so puffy as the treatment will have settled."
Fans were quick to comment on the snap, with one writing: "Does Kim honestly think her face looks good? She ruined herself."
