Pregnant passenger dies on board Arik flight

A pregnant woman by the name of Ijeoma Nwokedi, was yesterday confirmed dead on board an Arik flight from Port Harcourt to Lagos.

She was pronounced dead by medical personnel at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal One, Lagos.

Ijeoma was said to be traveling with her husband and a cousin.

The management of Arik Air has confirmed the death of a 39-year​-​old pregnant woman, Ijeoma Nwokedi on board its flight.
Spokesperson of Arik Air, Ola Adebanji confirmed the development in a statement on Friday.
