Volvo has recalled 7,000 cars in the UK and 59,000 worldwide over engine shut down fears

The company's spokesman, Stefan Elstrom, has told Sky News there have been no reports of the glitch causing an accident.
However, he said "the experience isn't a nice one" for affected customers.

The revelation comes just days after the car giant announced it will create a model that allow owners to open and start their car with just a phone app. 



The firm said it plans to become the world's first car manufacturer to offer cars without keys from 2017.
