Adele has revealed she started sprouting facial hair after getting pregnant, growing a full-on beard which she has nicknamed Larry.
The 27-year-old singer told the crowd at her gig at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow: “When I got pregnant I had so much testosterone in me that I grew a beard. 


“I only cropped it last night. It’s actually true. I’m not telling a joke. I actually have a beard, but I’m proud of it. I call it Larry.”
Pregnant women can experience thickening and faster-growing hair caused by an increase in their levels of androgens, which are male sex hormones that are also produced by women.
