Hmmmmm wonders will never end oh. A gang accused of smuggling automatic guns into the UK by sea used rap lyrics from songs by Notorious B.I.G to discuss the operation, a court heard.
Harry Shilling, 25, and Michael Defraine, 30, used words from the rapper's Gimme The Loot to signal
the arrival of the weapons into Britain, a jury heard during their trial at the Old Bailey today.
They are accused along with Jennifer Arthy, 42, and John Smale, 58, of importing 31 guns into the UK from France.
Among the cache of weapons seized by authorities during a raid in Kent were 22 assault rifles similar to AK-47s and nine Skorpion sub-machine guns.
All four defendants deny charges of gun smuggling and possessing firearms with intent to endanger life.

One of the lyrics in emails between Mr Defraine and Mr Shilling read: "I'm ready to got this paper g you with me... my pockets looking kinda tight and I'm stressed yo munky let me get the vest".

The guns had allegedly been deactivated then reactivated before they were smuggled up the river Medway into Kent, arriving near Cuxton Marina on August 10 last year.
A large amount of ammunition was also taken to Kent, near to where all four defendants are based.

Well The alleged plan was foiled by the National Crime Agency (NCA) who had the defendants under surveillance and swooped in to seize the cache.
