Police have launched an investigation after a photo surfaced on social media showing two toddlers with their hands and mouths duct taped.
The disturbing image was posted on Facebook on Friday by Jaton Justsilly Jaibabi, alongside the caption: “Kids for sale, 45% because they bad.”


In the snap, a little boy and girl can be seen sitting in a car, with grey duct tape tied around their hands and plastered across their mouths.
The oldest of the pair appears to have tears in their eyes.
The photo sparked outrage after it was posted on the social network by Jaibabi, who is thought to be the mother of at least one of the toddlers.
