On Thursday the Spice Girl turned fashion designer was being shot for Vogue and treated fans to a behind the scenes look at the hot shoot.

Highlighting her cheeky side, the 41-year-old shared a snap of herself showing off just how flexible she is as she posed with one leg raised in the air.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
