Horror as man is slashed from mouth to eye in unprovoked attack while walking dog
The third accomplice was dressed in a cream jacket.
Liam, from Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, ran home to where he lives with his parents Lorraine and John.
He then went to hospital where he required 39 stitches to the face.
He said: "It was frightening to see how deep the cut was.
"There was a lot of blood, and when my parents saw me, they were panicking.
"It hasn't really hit me yet, but I know it could have been worse, especially if it had been a younger person who was attacked.
You just never know who hates you.
