IN MY OPINION (I.M.O) - BUNTU...

This one will get a lot of tongues busy, in fact MOST will misunderstand me but its IN MY OPINION after all.
"Body no be fire wood" they say... I have heard someone say and several others say a good number of times, even clerics that a man who is not moved by a woman or whose body
chemistry does not alter by the touch/romantic gestures of a woman has a problem and needs serious help... Actually, I agree. But I have also heard and I say in my own words that the proof of manhood is not by the exploits wrath with the "gun" between his legs but by his level of control over its desires to "misbehave".

 In my opinion I ask, is it listed among the responsibilities of man to judge others or assign punishment to mistakes by fellow men? Let me make it clearer; if a couple court for a long time and eventually, they get together sexually maybe once, twice or severally and consequently pregnancy manifests before their set date for church wedding, is it ok to "punish" such couple by denying them access to the church for wedding? Hmmm...

 "MARRIAGE IS HONOURABLE... AND THE BED UNDEFILED..."

 SEX is worth waiting for; SPLENDID if one can wait and I STRONGLY advocate courtship void of sex but per adventure it happens, do the couple abscond from church that is supposed to be a place of refuge because they fell? What's up with this stigma we have built around us that causes us more pains than gains? How does it sound to cancel a wedding heavily prepared for because the bride is found pregnant by her would-be husband few days to their wedding? In my curiosity, what's up really?

 I hold my opinion to myself but IN YOUR OPINION, what would be your SINCERE suggestion as per this kind of couple's line of action?
1) Cancel the wedding
2) Get an alternative without wasting the entire resources already plunged into their wedding preparations?
3) Would (2) above be the right thing to do - getting another church that'll accept and wed them
4) Should they accept the punishment and let it stand as a deterrent to other "offenders"...?

I hav an aunt who whose wedding was cancelled cos she was pregnant. Today same church wed married couples. arrant nonsnse.

i love this article cos its so real and it portrays the real life situation we go tru. in my opinion its better to change to another church who would wed them than commiting abortion and all what not.

people your pastor or priest are not God, If God has sent his son to die for us, and his son Jesus says ''it is finished'' simply means that our sins are forgiven. The funny thing is that ur pastor has the sisters in church they sleep with, even when we try not put our minds in their misdeeds. pls i was married while pregnant in another church becos my church '' winners chapel to be precised refused my husband who was an usher to marry me. simply becos i was pregnant. we immediately went to an anglican church n got wedded. We are back to winners, but my dear we live happier than other members of our church who hv aborted their pregnancies and got wedded yet today they have no kids. we are even workers in the same church now. pls my people, if ur would be wife is pregnant, if u dont want to rebellous, just quietly go to another church n wed. with time they will come looking for you.

catholics and anglican dont fool themselves doing such rubbish. the fact that the pentecostals allow a woman who is not a virgin wear white, only make them hypocrites. how many women are virgins that got married. so y would u stop a wedding cos she is pregnant.

Over the weeks now Nigerians are being saddled with the news about the police refusing to leave the premises of a serving Senator, Dino Melaye, but some Nigerians online expect that this over-zealousness at getting the Senator could possibly be used in securing lives and properties of Nigerians on a daily basis. What are his friends saying about this? why is there silence over this issue? Whose toes has the serving senator stepped on?
