A teenage girl with incurable cancer has been able to marry her childhood sweetheart thanks to a fundraising campaign.

The devastated 17-year-old began writing a bucket list of all the things she wanted to do, including marrying her childhood love Dion Dunn, the Manchester Evening News Reports.
fundraising appeal raised a staggering £28,000 and the teen couple were also inundated with offers from people in the wedding business offering their services and products for free.

Mum Cheryl Wilde says they want to thank each and every person who helped make Emma’s day special, as well as helped her to tick off some of the other items on her bucket list.
She said: “Without these generous, kind and thoughtful people, the wedding wouldn’t have been so beautiful or so memorable.
“Bredbury Hall were simply fantastic. They gave Emma a wedding fit for a princess – nothing was too much trouble."
