The Teen Gunman who went back to his school and shot pupils leaving their prom

A gunman opened fire on students leaving the celebration in Wisconsin, USA during the shocking incident on Saturday night.
He has been identified by the Antigo Police Department as Jakob Wagner, 18, a former student at the high school who graduated last year.

 
A woman claiming to be his neighbour, Hannah LeVeqe, posted on Facebook: "He lived a couple houses away from me.
"I have known Jakob for a long time and when I knew him he was a very sweet boy.
"He could have been battling a personal battle that none of us may understand.

Now I am not rooting for him, I'm just saying we are all battling something no one else knows about and we make irrational decisions.
"I am sending prayers to all of the families involved and all of the people involved."

 The shooter is in custody and all three parties were transported to the hospital.
"All the people within the prom were eventually escorted from the school and are safe.
"The victim's families have been notified. We believe the scene is secure and do not see a further threat to the community at this time."
