Baby-faced rapper who fled Britain to join ISIS is 'killed in Syria'

A baby-faced British Islamic State fighter regarded as a key figure in recruiting new fanatics has been killed in Syria, according to reports.
Keen rapper Raphael Hostey, from Moss Side in Manchester, fought under the name Abu Qaqa al-Britani.


He is believed to have died in the war-torn country in the last week.
The 23-year-old was one of several youngsters from Manchester to join the ranks of the Islamic State in October 2013 - and soon became an influential player, responsible for luring hundreds of Brits to Syria.
Hostey travelled to the Middle East with university friends Mohammad Azzam Javeed, from Levenshulme, and Anil Khalil Raoufi, from Didsbury - both 20 - last year.

All three were students at Liverpool John Moores University, reports Manchester Evening News.
Raoufi and Hostey went on to encourage others from Britain and around the world to swell their ranks in postings on Twitter.
