Ashamed Faces of Brits distance themselves from 'nightmare' decision to leave EU

Astonished Remain voters are this morning waking up to the news they didn't want to hear - the UK has voted to leave the European Union in an historic referendum.
The Leave campaign are celebrating a victory with 51.89% of the vote compared with 48.11% who elected to stay.

 
Many are taking to social media to voice their disappointment.
The hashtags #NotInMyName and #WhatHaveWeDone were trending on Twitter this morning as pro-EU Brits tried to distance themselves from the monumental decision.
And it makes heartbreaking reading.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."

Over the weeks now Nigerians are being saddled with the news about the police refusing to leave the premises of a serving Senator, Dino Melaye, but some Nigerians online expect that this over-zealousness at getting the Senator could possibly be used in securing lives and properties of Nigerians on a daily basis. What are his friends saying about this? why is there silence over this issue? Whose toes has the serving senator stepped on?
