Businessman secretly filmed himself having sex and violently beating woman

A “manipulative” businessman has been jailed for secretly filming himself having sex with a woman.


The victim was “mortified” when she realised Paul Cogley, 46, had set up a camera in his wardrobe and videoed their encounters several times.

He was also violent, dragging her to the floor and kicking her twice in the face on one occasion.
The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said: “I felt disgusted and dirty, and wanted the ground to swallow me up. This has been the worst period of my life.”
