14-year-old girl brags that she's a psychopath looking for her first kill 'after slitting throat of brother's girlfriend'

A teenage girl has told police she is a "psychopath" on the hunt for her "first kill" after allegedly slitting the throat of her brother's girlfriend.

Kali J Bookey, 14, from Wisconsin, was charged as an adult by police on Thursday with attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

Her alleged victim is 15 years old.

Police documents claim that she attacked her victim in the girl’s bedroom.

During the attack she tried to suffocate her, it was claimed.

She is then alleged to have smashed bowls on the victim's head - and it is claimed that she then cut her with a shard from one of the bowls.

Kali J Bookey initially claimed to police that she had been abducted

Officers investigating the incident claim that the victim was left to "bleed out" by Bookey, who later called the police and said she was abducted.

The victim later identified Bookey as the suspected attacker.
