A killer dad posed smiling beside his bride on their wedding day just months after he shook their baby son to death.
David Sinclair lied to hide his attack on four-month-old Joshua, then married the tot’s mum Kirsty on what would have been their little boy’s first birthday.

The Daily Record reports how he tried to cover his tracks at the wedding by encouraging guests to donate to a cot death charity.
However he was finally caught and charged with murder when experts reviewed the case.
And he was in jail awaiting sentence last night after admitting the lesser charge of culpable homicide.
The court heard Kirsty is pregnant again and is standing by her husband.

Sinclair, 34, killed his son on December 6, 2012, after a day out swimming and shopping with Joshua and Kirsty in their home town of East Kilbride.
Kirsty then went to visit her mum and sister at 5.30pm, leaving Joshua at home with his dad.
But 11 minutes after she left, Sinclair called her and said: “Joshua isn’t breathing properly. Come home right away.”

EFCC Officials Forcefully Break Into An Expectant Woman's House at 3am

An expectant father has accused EFCC officials of breaking into his home in the middle of the night to conduct a search without a warrant. The man said he was at his home in Olokuta, Kemta, in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta between 3 am to 5 am, when some men forcefully broke into his house using a hammer.  He added that he was afraid they were armed robbers, so he hid in the guest bedroom with his pregnant wife as the men broke in through the sitting room window. According to him, the intruders claimed to be EFCC officials looking for "Yahoo boys", but they had no form of identification, neither did they have a search warrant.  Even without a search warrant, the victim alleged that they searched his house, damaged things, then left without as much as an apology.
