Explosion at sports centre in Belgium kills at least one and injures four in Chimay
At least one person is believed to have been killed and two others injured following an explosion in Belgium.
The blast reportedly occurred shortly after midnight at a sports centre in Chimay in the province of Hainaut.
The cause of the explosion was not immediately known although authorities suspected a gas blast.
"It is probably a gas explosion," an official told Reuters, adding that there was no indication of it being a militant attack.
