Court Jail Musician For Stealing Phone

A Karmo Grade 1 Area Court in the FCT on Thursday sentenced a 25-year-old musician, Isaac Wilson, to one month imprisonment for stealing phone worth N115, 000.

Wilson of Durumi 11 by Dunamis Church, Abuja, was sentenced after he pleaded guilth to a one-count charge theft.

The Area court judge, Abubakar Sadiq, gave the convict an option of N5,000 as fine and warned him to desist from crime.

"Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
