Is Taking Selfie Worth Dying For?

Selfie deaths in Russia and America were more likely to be related to weapons, with people posing holding guns for example.
In India (where more than half the deaths occurred), it is common to pose next to rail tracks as it is seen as a sign of a long-lasting relationship – but in fact can lead to getting hit by a train.

Some action has already been taken against dangerous selfies. Mumbai police have identified 16 ‘no selfie’ areas because of the number of people who have died trying to take pictures of themselves there.
Let’s be honest, a selfie isn’t worth dying for.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
