The schoolboy who stabbed teacher Ann Maguire to death in her classroom had been angered after being told he could not drop her subject, a report has revealed.
Will Cornick is serving life in jail with a minimum of 20 years for the brutal killing of Ann Maguire.
The 61-year-old Spanish teacher was about to retire from Corpus Christi Catholic College in Leeds when she was stabbed to death by Cornick in April 2014.

Her killing, in front of a classfull of students, is the only time a teacher has been murdered by a pupil in a UK school.
