Lisa Appleton recently vowed to get into shape.
And today, she stripped off to showcase the results of her recent workouts and new healthy eating plan.

 While posing seductively across a bed completely naked, the 48-year-old Big Brother star proudly flaunted her curves.


She used her hands to protect her modesty but Mirror Online had to step in to help out in certain snaps.


The pictures will undoubtedly cause shock among some, but Lisa herself has admitted int he past that she doesn't take herself too seriously.
"My behaviour has been over the top and I’ve also had a blow out - I’ve ate and drunk too much,” she told The Sun . “I feel like I’ve been let out of a cage. I am just starting to live again. i know I have upset a lot of people by rolling around on the beach.

“Loads of people are saying I am having a mid life crisis, or it’s embarrassing. I am sorry for upsetting people, but it is my way of coming out of severe depression.
