Former X-Factor Host Saves Woman From CHOKING by performing the Heimlich manoeuvre in restaurant

We really need to learn this to save life some day you know. The former X Factor host was out for a meal when the frightening incident occurred, and he quickly rushed to help by performing the Heimlich manoeuvre.

Video footage uploaded to YouTube shows the star helping the dark haired lady, putting his arms around her and pumping her chest in an effort to dislodge the bit of food caught in her throat.

In the clip, the food can be seen flying out of the lady's mouth, before she starts to catch her breath.
