A statement issued yesterday night and signed by Comrade Olayinka Abioye, General Secretary, NUATE, Comrade Frances Akinjole, Head of Secretariate ATSSAN, and Comrade Aba Ocheme, General Secretary, NAAPE, said; “ The National Executive Council of NAAPE, NUATE and ATSSSAN has directed the commencement of a joint strike action at Arik air with effect from midnight of Tuesday December 20th, 2016.
The strike shall continue indefinitely until the stated conditions are fully realized.”

So if you have plans to travel with Arik, search for an alternative. I do not know what happens to those who have paid, online bookings or coming back  abroad.

Over the weeks now Nigerians are being saddled with the news about the police refusing to leave the premises of a serving Senator, Dino Melaye, but some Nigerians online expect that this over-zealousness at getting the Senator could possibly be used in securing lives and properties of Nigerians on a daily basis.
