The Queen Of England And Her Husband Gets Sick, Cancel's Christmas Travels.

The Queen has cancelled her plans to take the train from London to King’s Lynn today at what was supposed to be the beginning of her Christmas break at Sandringham.
Assembled photographers were awaiting the arrival of the Queen at King’s Cross and King’s Lynn, but were told half an hour before her arrival that she would no longer be coming.


“It’s not happening now,” police and station staff told the press.
Buckingham Palace said in a statement: "The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh have heavy colds, and so have decided not to travel to Sandringham today.”

It was recently reported that Prince William and his wife Kate will not be joining his grandmother at Sandringham Palace for Christmas this year.

The couple, along with their children, will instead spend the day with Kate's parents and her siblings, Pippa and James.
