Be careful of what you do on facebook and social media,  as it could be used against you.  Be warned!

Three gun-toting gangsters have been jailed for more than 50 years after they made the mistake of brandishing their weapons on YouTube videos and a Channel 5 documentary .

Winston White, 22, Akyrie Palmer, 21, and Mark Oduro, 20, were hunted by police after donning masks and bragging about their shotguns and revolvers on social media.
They boasted about the deadly arsenal to a production team filming an episode of 'Gangland: Turf Wars' before armed officers caught them on 26 May.
Oduro had worn body armour that day as he carried a loaded pistol and four bullets around the Turnham Estate in Lewisham, southeast London.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
