Sudan summons US envoy to protest Trump ban

Sudan on Sunday summoned US charge d’affaires Steven Koutsis to protest President Donald Trump’s visa ban which has already prevented some of its citizens from flying to the United States.
The foreign ministry “expressed its displeasure” with Trump’s order to bar Sudanese and citizens from six other Muslim-majority countries from entering the US for three months.

Koutsis is the most senior diplomat at the American embassy in Khartoum.

"Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
