Drama! See how new mother is caught when selling baby for GHC3400 (photo)

A new mother in Nakuru (Kenya) was arrested attempting to sell her baby for GHC3400 - The 29-year-old was nabbed at the hospital moments after signing the contract and receiving half the amount - She reportedly sought buyers for the baby while she was still in the labour ward.


29-year-old Diana Wanjiku, was arrested after she was caught trying to sell her baby on Thursday, March 23 after she was discharged from the hospital. The married woman was deceived and signed a contract receiving GHC1910 for the baby by a children's home operator disguised as a buyer.
