El-Rufai Not Dead Only Went Back To School Abroad.

There had been this rumour that The Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai had slumbed and was flown abroad for medical treatment. Well we got news he is not ill and was not flown abroad for medical attention as being peddled in some quarters.


Rather, it was learnt that el-Rufai had commenced receiving lectures as a part-time student of Philosophy of Doctorate degree, PhD, in Governance and Policy Analysis at United Nations University-Merit, Netherlands.
