SOS: Between Comptroller General Of Customs And Dino Melaye Who Truly Needs A Psychiatric Test?

Senator Dino Melaye, representing Kogi West today championed the cause for the invitation of Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Customs Service, Col. Hameed Ali (retd) to the hallowed chamber.
Melaye expressed anger over the decision of the Nigerian Customs to collect import duties despite an order from the Senate ordering otherwise.
He went on to say that he'll recommend the director of Customs for a psychiatric test if it is proven that he actually decided to disobey the Senate. Comptroller General of Customs, Hameed Ali, has replied members of the senate who ordered him to appear before the house on March 15th in his official uniform as a customs officer. Hameed in an interview with TVC today, says he was not appointed to wear uniform but to do his work effectively.
He said it was against military tradition for him to wear the uniform of another organisation.
His response irked Ogba, who said, “this is how you people keep deceiving Nigerians on wrong action and still defending it,” before exiting the session.
So Nigerians are asking which way forward? His uniform or his person?
