Mohammed Abdullahi has signed into law a bill that approves death or life imprisonment for kidnapping. According to the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Ibrahim Umar anybody accused of kidnapping will be sentenced to life but if your victims die.... You self go die.
He also adds that any government hospital who refuses to treat an accident victim whether domestic fire, plane crash, flood, snake or dog bite, bomb blast, even gunshots wounds will be punished accordingly.
