Villa Chapel Women Honour Aisha Buhari On Mothers' Day

As the world celebrated Mothers’ Day yesterday, the women in the AsoVilla Chapel have honoured the Wife of the President, Mrs. AishaBuhari, describing her as a true mother of the nation.

Mrs. Buhari was honoured at the Sunday Service to mark Mothers’ Day at the church in Abuja. The Vice President, Prof YemiOsinbajo, and his wife, Mrs.Dolapo, were also in attendance at service.



The chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), DeaconessJoan Ayo, on behalf of the women, commended the president’s wife in her support for her husband in building a virile nation.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
