Yes It Is Over Rated!!! Let's Not Deceive Ourselves.

 Being top in your class does not guarantee that you will be top in life.
You could graduate as the best student in finance but it doesn't mean you will make more money than everyone else.
The best graduating law student might not become the best lawyer.
The fact is life requires more than the ability to understand a concept, memorize it and produce it in an exam.


School rewards people for their  memory but life reward people for their imaginations.
School rewards caution, life rewards daring.
School hail those who live by the rules, life exalt those who break the rules and set new ones.
So do I mean people shouldn't study hard in school? No, you should. But don't sacrifice every other thing on the altar of first class, don't limit yourself to the classroom. Do something practical.
Take a leadership position
Start up a business and fail, that's a better entrepreneurship 211

Contest an election and lose, it will teach you something political.

Attend seminars and read books outside the scope of you course.

Go on  missions and win a soul for eternal rewards(like me)

Do something you believe in....

Think less of becoming an excellent student. But think more of becoming an excellent person.
Let's make the world our classroom.....

Following the backlash that trailed her performance at Shatta Wale's Reign Concert over the weekend, Ghanaian singer,  Fantana  has now released a statement.  The singer stated that she is not ashamed of being a woman and also mesntruating. Her statement read in part;  "Regardless of my costume being transparent, my only option was to put on a sanitary pad and still go ahead to perform. I am a woman and I’m not ashamed of menstruating. "I want to urge every woman to resist being discriminated against because of menstruation. I hope some people read wide and learn about menstrual health to stop the stereotype against young girls and women. "Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."

Over the weeks now Nigerians are being saddled with the news about the police refusing to leave the premises of a serving Senator, Dino Melaye, but some Nigerians online expect that this over-zealousness at getting the Senator could possibly be used in securing lives and properties of Nigerians on a daily basis. What are his friends saying about this? why is there silence over this issue? Whose toes has the serving senator stepped on?
