‘Chain-smoking’ toddler has transformed his life seven-years later

Aldi Rizal shot to fame in 2010, when pictures of him riding a tricycle around his village in Sumatra, Indonesia, were circulated across the internet.

Two years after the photographs were published, the Indonesian government provided him with specialist help to tackle his addiction, according to The Daily Mail.
But it was no easy task for Aldi or his family.
His mum Diane Rizal, 32, said: ‘At first when we were weaning Aldi off the cigarettes he would have terrible tantrums.

‘But now he doesn’t want them.’
However, Aldi quickly replaced his cigarette addiction with one for food.
