Executive Director Ontario Mrs Ugo-Ngadi bags 10 years conviction, The EFCC may be shocked at how they won the case as  The conviction of Mrs. Ugo-Ngadi is arguably wrong. Justice Okunnu convicted Mrs Ugo-Ngadi on the basis that she is the Managing Director of Ontario Oil and Gas Ltd, and therefore, she is the 'operating mind' and alter ego of the company. Whatever happened to her lawyers? Any appeal against this judgement? 

 The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, says it has won over one hundred and ninety cases against investigated criminals in Nigeria. lol! The question on my mind is, how many of these cases are high profile cases with a lot of media razzmatazz.

Oh~ and is this one of the cases the EFCC is bragging about? Or the humiliation of Tafa Balogun oh oh wait the two year jail term of Bode George? What ever happened to TimipreSlyva and the others.

A recurrent feature from the stable of the EFCC is that They always fail to establish a prima facie case against an accused to justify their trial. . These Pictures should speak for themselves. Should the EFCC be Overhauled? Is Ribadu the last EFCC chairman standing. Oh the show of public humiliation when we heard What Chief Mike said against the Efcc. ''I HAVE DEFEATED THE EFCC IN FIVE CASES IN VARIOUS COURTS IN NIGERIA IN 10 MONTHS'' Wow! His account that was frozen was also defreezed( if there is any law as that)

It breaks my heart and of-course the heart of the youths, the poor masses which i fall under to question why this institution would quickly spring up cases of corruption on an individual, perhaps we can call it an open black mail? To see if these individuals would come to their office to settle? I don't get this.   We see them hurriedly bring cases of corruption on individuals to the public glare, yet fail to establish strong cases against such individuals? 

They disappoint us all at the peak of their court proceedings when their weak cases refuse to hold water in the respective courts. With the caliber of lawyers recruited into this agency? They really need to slap themselves! The worse of it all is that There comes this funny mutual silence between them and the individuals accused of fraud. kikikikiki i laugh in agony.

At other times when the chips are down they  recall cases that tickle their fancy or they have left oxygenated for a while only to unplug it's wires when the powers that be, beckons on them to do such (Nigerian slogan)The EFCC whose creation and without very clear spelt out distinction of it's power which usurps the power of the Attorney General has and seems to become a tool to be used despite having all at its disposal to bring to book those it accuses of massive corruption? Why is that? Do we loose hope? Do we disregard any other  accusations you bring to us?

It is also not enough for the EFCC to take weak cases of corruption of  individuals to court even if it was evident that such individuals committed gross misconducts while in office. The law is not an ass (even though it has been since the Justices Katsina Alu and Ayo Salami imbroglio)and would therefore dispense justice according to the strong evidence(s)on ground.''

You do not have evidence, you don't have, just let them go or better still keep a close eye on them.

We are tired of this house of commotion.
