Do you think A kidnapped journalist hid a memory card in his anus while being tortured in Sudan so he could show the world this video.

British journalist Phil Cox was captured, chained up and tortured by Sudanese authorities after planning to report on the plight of civilians in the Darfur region.


He managed to document the horrendous conditions on video and then ensured the public would see it by hiding the memory card in his anus.

Cox and Hari were snatched close to the Jebel Marra Mountains and then held by men armed with AK47s who tied them to trees and regularly beat them.

They were later flown to Kobar Prison in Khartoum.

I hope some people read wide and learn about menstrual health to stop the stereotype against young girls and women. "Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
