How to make Yam Flour

SUCCESS YAM FLOUR
METHOD OF PREPARATION.
  1. PUT 2 ½ cups of water into a pot and boil.
  2. Pour ½ cup of the boiled water into a bowl.
  3. Put 3 cups of SUCCESS YAM FLOUR into boiling water, keep turning until smooth.
  4. Pour the ½ cup of hot water over the SUCCESS YAM FLOUR in a pot. cover the pot. and allow to boil for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat, mix and turn till it is firm and consistent.
  6. Serve with the soup of your choice.
