Recall the sad report of one Miss Hilda Eva Amadi who was said to have died following a severe injury she sustained during a “Man o’ War” drilling exercise in the ongoing orientation exercise at the camp.
The Senate president Bukola Saraki visited the NYSC oreintation camp in Ilorin, Kwara and  expressed sadness over the demise of the corps member. He assued the remaining corps members of their safety and wellbeing while at the camp.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
