Another Baby Kidnapped In Church...Latter Rain Assembly!!!

Another baby has been stolen from a church since June 3rd 2018. This time it is not Christ Embassy but the 'Latter Rain Assembly' located in Ikeja, Lagos state. Recall that four months ago,  four year old Elo was kidnapped at a Christ Embassy Church in Lagos, but was later found in Benin city.






According to LIB,  Igwe CY, father missing child Goodness Igwe, her mother and other kids where inside their church hall, Latter Rain Assembly Ikeja, talking with a family friend just after service when they noticed she was no longer with them.





He said;





''Myself, my wife and my children were inside the church hall discussing with a family friend. Goodness was with us playing with her toy. Whilst we were talking, the mother turned to look at the children and noticed Goodness was no longer around us. We searched for her and she was no where to be found''

EFCC Officials Forcefully Break Into An Expectant Woman's House at 3am

An expectant father has accused EFCC officials of breaking into his home in the middle of the night to conduct a search without a warrant. The man said he was at his home in Olokuta, Kemta, in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta between 3 am to 5 am, when some men forcefully broke into his house using a hammer.  He added that he was afraid they were armed robbers, so he hid in the guest bedroom with his pregnant wife as the men broke in through the sitting room window. According to him, the intruders claimed to be EFCC officials looking for "Yahoo boys", but they had no form of identification, neither did they have a search warrant.  Even without a search warrant, the victim alleged that they searched his house, damaged things, then left without as much as an apology.
